Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using blondeamazon.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use this website. Blonde Amazon is operated by Erin Dodd as a sole proprietorship registered in the state of California.

Services

Blonde Amazon provides brand strategy, marketing, ecommerce, creative direction, and operations consulting for direct-to-consumer brands. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate statement of work (SOW) or proposal agreed upon by both parties before work begins.

Information on this website is for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer or guarantee of results.

Payments and Refunds

Payments for services are processed through Stripe, Inc. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service in addition to these terms. All fees are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified in a signed SOW.

Package purchases and deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the applicable SOW. If Blonde Amazon is unable to deliver agreed-upon services, a prorated refund will be provided for undelivered work.

Late payments on invoiced work may be subject to a fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance, or the maximum permitted under California law, whichever is less.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, design, graphics, and logos, is the property of Blonde Amazon and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without written permission.

Work product created for clients during an engagement is governed by the terms of the applicable SOW. Unless otherwise stated in writing, clients receive full ownership of deliverables upon final payment.

Limitation of Liability

Blonde Amazon provides consulting services on an advisory basis. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or results. To the maximum extent permitted by California law, Blonde Amazon's total liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive business information shared during an engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any engagement. Blonde Amazon may reference the client relationship and general nature of work performed for portfolio and marketing purposes, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Termination

Either party may terminate a consulting engagement with 30 days written notice, unless otherwise specified in the applicable SOW. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed through the termination date.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California. Any disputes arising from these terms or use of this website shall be resolved in the courts of the state of California.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
